December 2 pickup: Chicken and potato casserole

This is one of my newest favorite fusion meals. A casserole is usually an American dish, but I have adapted this recipe to include some flavors from the Indian subcontinent :)

Spicy chicken breast and veggies are layered with herb potatoes and a creamy sauce before it is baked. The perfect comfort meal for a cold wintry night. Each order is considered an INDIVIDUAL serving in a  6" rectangular foil container. Pls see the third pic to see the container. Even though I will make it fresh on Wednesday afternoon, it is highly recommended to reheat in the oven to enjoy it very hot and bubbly. 

Orders need to be placed by Monday November 30.  This item will show as sold out after that. 

Pick up will be on Wednesday December 2.

5pm sharp at Schaumburg and any time after 4pm from Elgin. 

All meat used is zabiha halal.
